Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates under the Store Manager.
• Drive store performance and achieve sales targets.
• Mentor trainee associates and support recruitment and staffing.
• Manage inventory, shipments, damages/returns, and supplies.
• Promote the membership program and build customer loyalty.
• Oversee cash handling and adherence to SOPs; create a safe store environment.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and communicate feedback to the Store Manager.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink and compliance.
