Job summary

UNTUCKit is seeking a results-driven retail leader who thrives on performance and coaching from the sales floor. You will convert traffic into revenue, elevate the customer experience, and inspire a team to exceed goals.

In this role you’ll drive sales, lead the floor, and deliver operational excellence through strong clienteling, real-time coaching, and training initiatives. A high-energy, customer-first mindset and flexibility to work retail hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior retail leadership or keyholder experience.
• Strong clienteling skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Proven ability to drive sales and influence team performance.
• Proficiency with Apple products, G-suite, and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to achieve and exceed store sales goals.
• Proactively engage customers and deliver personalized styling solutions.
• Build client relationships through clienteling and follow-up.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize each transaction.
• Coach associates and reinforce high-performance selling behaviors.
• Open and close the store with accountability for results.
• Maintain a visually compelling, sales-focused floor environment.
• Monitor KPIs and share insights based on customer feedback and sales trends.
