Job summary

UNTUCKit is seeking a results-oriented retail leader who thrives on coaching on the sales floor, turning traffic into revenue, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The role focuses on leading by example, developing a high-performance sales culture, and coaching associates in real time while ensuring store operations run smoothly and KPI trends are favorable. Prior supervisor experience and a passion for fashion are preferred.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work retail hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities
