Responsibilities

• Assisting your manager in operating the store and supporting store goals.
• Overseeing daily operations; achieving sales goals with the team.
• Customer service: engage with customers and create the best possible experience.
• Problem solving: resolve issues as they arise for staff and customers.
• Inventory/product handling: counts, stock movement, restocking.
• Merchandising: keep displays fresh and appealing.
• Housekeeping: maintain cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Motivating and training your team; provide feedback and coaching.
• Sales: report daily sales and customer feedback.
• Meetings: regular updates with upper management and team.
• Flexibility: cover shifts and adapt to business needs.
