Job summary

Rent A Center in Seattle is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and oversee collections. You will ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory and security, and train coworkers to achieve goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail/management and completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program, with a valid driver's license for company vehicle use. This is a full-time on-site position offering great benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record — You WILL be driving the company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Set daily and weekly goals; oversee coworkers' sales activities; approve rental agreements.
• Account Management: Oversee collections and follow-up on accounts; provide leadership and training.
• Leadership: Manage store profits, assets, inventory, pricing, cash handling, and security.
• Coworker Management: Train and develop staff; schedule, hire, and reduce turnover.
