Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience managing retail, grocery, or drug store operations preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong team leadership and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and staff supervision.
• Provide friendly customer service and address questions.
• Oversee merchandise handling and stockroom organization.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
