Dollar General is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. Under the Store Manager, you will supervise staff, manage merchandise presentation, deposits, and paperwork, while protecting company assets and reducing losses.

You will also assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings, stock rotation, inventory control, and planogram implementation to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, safety rules, and manuals.
• Proficient in cash handling, deposits, and reporting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead frontline staff and greet customers, operate cash register.
• Open and close store at least two days per week.
• Assist with employee scheduling, training, and safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise stocking, planograms, and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages/markdowns.
• Ensure security and cash control, refunds and voids, deposits.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
