Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Review goals with partners, providing coaching, actionable feedback, and recognition of excellence; be present on the sales floor during peak hours.
• Implement and maintain an environment of continuous learning; assist with partner training plans to improve store performance across operations and merchandising.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to adapt to changing business needs and schedules; train staff on new policies and procedures.
• Assess and communicate localized customer needs to Store Manager; plan and execute volume-driving events engaging the local community.
• Lead and coach associates in building customer engagement through Boot Barn Credit Card and Loyalty Programs; drive team goals.
• Ensure merchandise stock levels, presentations, signing, and assortments meet customer needs; follow company visual guidelines.
• Accountable for markdown compliance and timely processing of product receipts; partner on inventory shrink plans.
• Maintain knowledge across product categories and coach partners in boots, denim, hats, and add-ons; uphold company standards.
• Complete opening and closing procedures; comply with Time and Attendance policy; adhere to laws and company policies.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork with customers, colleagues, and vendors; maintain quality work and attendance.
