Job summary

Vuori is seeking a retail leader in San Francisco to create an unforgettable customer experience on the selling floor. You will own daily store operations, train and motivate the team, and stay informed about the latest product launches to advise customers and drive sales.

You will manage stock, restock, and merchandising standards while ensuring a safe, high-energy environment. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and guest-focused service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, work 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, available at least 1 weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• A customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers, embraces the social aspect of sales and the ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Creates an unforgettable customer experience by working with the sales team to ensure the best customer experience.
• Takes ownership of the sales floor and sales team to keep customer experience as the top priority.
• Prepare the fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
• Forge lasting relationships with customers by engaging on product details, new product and replenishment and invite them to events.
• Be knowledgeable on whats new and what sells well and share with customers and team.
• Leads the team on day-to-day operations when the Store Manager is not in.
• Motivates the sales team and achieves sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Seek new product knowledge in fashion and active-wear to serve as an expert for customers.
• Leads the team in the completion of projects while focusing on customer experience.
• Communicating inventory needs to support the business goal.
• Assists Store Inventory Lead with shipments and inventory management.
• Works with Retail Store Manager on daily maintenance, sales strategy, and team management.
• Maintains store merchandising and cleanliness; restocks as needed.
• Opens/closes the store with proper protocol and safety standards.
• Encourages punctuality and role adherence under guidance of Store Manager.
• Performs weekly restock reporting and cycle counts.
• Assists in processing weekly shipments and keeps backroom organized.
• Keeps Aloha displays refreshed weekly and maintains merchandising standards.
