Job summary

Apple Store leadership is seeking a Lead who embodies a whole-store mindset, mentors the team, and drives outstanding customer experiences. You will organize the sales floor, communicate strategy with leadership, and energize staff to meet performance goals.

You will use Apple product expertise to build loyalty, handle store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and overrides, and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or similar environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop others.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (and French if in Quebec).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Organize sales floor operations and communicate strategy with leadership.
• Drive customer engagement and loyalty through product expertise.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and overrides.
• Ensure inclusive, high-performing environment and timely issue resolution.
• Provide customer service support across store areas as needed.
