Job summary

The North Face in New York City is seeking a Supervisor to support the store’s leadership team and drive a best-in-class customer experience. You will lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

In partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will help maximize store profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and contribute to the store’s success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support store leadership to maximize profitability and maintain store standards.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and stockroom tasks.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand directives and product replenishment.
• Uphold safety standards and policies, fostering an inclusive team culture.
