Job summary

True Religion seeks an Assistant Store Manager for our Cherry Hill store to lead daily operations, coach associates, and uphold brand standards while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This hands-on role partners with the Store Manager to drive KPIs and ensure operational excellence on the sales floor.

In this role you will manage scheduling, payroll controls, visual merchandising, and inventory, acting as Manager on Duty to maintain a productive, compliant store.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in retail supervisory, key-holder, or management role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to support store KPIs, including sales, payroll, and shrink.
• Strong coaching and communication skills with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Experience supporting visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention practices.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning retail systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to drive KPIs and ensure standards.
• Lead on the floor as Manager on Duty, manage shifts and environment.
• Communicate priorities, goals, and expectations across the team.
• Coach and develop Associates through ongoing training and feedback.
• Plan daily workload, staffing, and floor execution to meet business needs.
• Address challenges, resolve issues in real time, and support loss prevention.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and champion brand selling culture.
• Support scheduling, payroll controls, policy execution, and compliance with procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising and inventory accuracy.
