True Religion Stores in Vacaville, CA, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales, payroll, and operational excellence on a daily basis.

You will recruit, develop, and retain top retail talent while delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining brand standards. The role requires managing staffing, schedules, and stockroom operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail management experience in a specialty or fashion environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to drive store KPIs, including sales, payroll, shrink, and profitability.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing retail teams.
• Strong customer engagement skills with a focus on delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and maintaining brand presentation.
• Solid operational knowledge, including scheduling, inventory management, and loss prevention.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning retail systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Problem Solve & Protect Assets: Identify root causes and safeguard assets with Loss Prevention.
• Build & Retain Talent: Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top performers.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Set service standards and coach in the moment.
• Operational Excellence: Enforce policies, payroll controls, and safety standards.
• Visual & Inventory Leadership: Maintain visual standards and organized stockroom.
• Other assigned tasks as needed
