Job summary

True Religion's Desert Hills Premium location is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, lead the team, and maintain brand standards. This on-site role reports to the Store Manager and oversees daily operations, coaching, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in retail supervision, strong communication, and hands-on leadership. The position emphasizes managing KPIs and protecting assets, with a focus on growth and excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail supervisory, key-holder, or management role within a specialty or fashion environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to support store KPIs, including sales, payroll, and shrink.
• Strong coaching and communication skills with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Experience supporting visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention practices.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning retail systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive store KPIs with the Store Manager including sales, payroll, conversion, and shrink.
• Lead on the floor as Manager on Duty during shifts.
• Communicate daily priorities and expectations across the team.
• Coach and develop associates to support performance and growth.
• Plan daily workload, staffing, and floor execution to meet business needs.
• Address challenges, resolve issues in real time, and support loss prevention and safety.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and model brand selling standards.
• Support scheduling, payroll controls, policy execution, and compliance with company procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory accuracy on the floor and stockroom.
• Handle other assigned tasks as needed.
