Job summary

True Religion is seeking a Store Manager for the Vacaville Premium location to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will own daily store performance, payroll, shrink, and visual standards while aligning with brand culture and store initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail management, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and a proven ability to develop talent and manage KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail management experience in fashion or specialty retail.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven ability to drive store KPIs including sales and profitability.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining retail teams.
• Strong customer engagement and in-store experience delivery.
• Experience executing visual merchandising and maintaining brand presentation.
• Solid operational knowledge including scheduling, inventory, and loss prevention.

• Maintain visual merchandising and organize sales floor and stockroom.
