Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience in fashion/specialty environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to drive store KPIs (sales, payroll, shrink, profitability).
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing retail teams.
• Strong customer engagement and in-store experience delivery.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.
• Solid operational knowledge: scheduling, inventory, loss prevention.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Proficiency with retail systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Own all store KPIs and profitability, plan and adjust to meet business needs.
• Lead and communicate priorities, foster an inclusive team environment.
• Inspire and develop teams, coach and recognize performance.
• Plan staffing and scheduling to deliver results on the sales floor and stockroom.
• Identify root causes, resolve challenges, protect assets with Loss Prevention.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop high-performing teams.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure operational discipline, payroll controls, and visual standards.
