Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops in El Paso, TX is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Keyholder to help drive sales and deliver the iconic Dallas Cowboys experience to every fan. You will lead the selling floor, assist with opening and closing procedures, and model our Star Service standards.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Stand for extended periods (4 hours or longer).
• Able to lift 30lbs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Creates a fun and energetic environment for fans and teammates.
• Empowers teammates to provide a world-class shopping experience and promote loyalty.
• Communicates product knowledge and merchandise campaigns to customers.
• Upholds store visual merchandising standards and maintains an organized sales floor.
