Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain a high standard of store appearance, including cleanliness and recovery standards.
2. Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers, and help them find products.
3. Perform cleaning tasks such as trash disposal, dusting, mopping, and deep cleaning key areas.
4. Operate cleaning equipment safely and notify supervisors of supply needs.
5. Take initiative to identify areas needing cleaning and complete assigned tasks.
6. Follow all safety and legal guidelines.
7. Maintain respectful interactions with team members and customers, projecting a positive image.
8. Support other duties such as cashiering, engaging in rewards programs, supporting omni-channel processes, and stock management.
9. Adhere to company policies and SOPs to ensure compliance.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in various environments including outdoor and climate-controlled areas.
• Work hours may include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
