Location: WEST LEBANON, NH

Maintain a high standard of store appearance, including cleanliness and recovery standards, to uphold our Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and help them find products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
  2. Dust and mop floors as per standards.
  3. Move equipment and products for cleaning and return items to proper places.
  4. Clean designated areas using assigned materials and equipment, including preparing cleaning solutions if necessary.
  5. Deep clean high-traffic areas such as bathrooms, breakrooms, and entryways.
  6. Keep cleaning equipment organized and notify supervisors for supply needs.
  7. Identify areas needing cleaning and proactively complete tasks.
  8. Perform all tasks assigned by supervisors, complying with federal, state, and local guidelines.
  9. Maintain positive interactions with team members and customers, representing the organization’s values.
  10. Project a positive image and serve as a role model for others.
Additional Duties:
  • Assist with checkout processes and cash handling.
  • Engage customers about Rewards programs and Credit Cards, including enrollment.
  • Support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram activities.
  • Support shrink and safety initiatives.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and company policies to ensure compliance.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Ability to move throughout the store, bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch.
  • Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment.
  • Work in climate-controlled and outdoor environments, including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
