Maintain a high standard of overall look and feel of the store, including cleanliness and recovery standards, to uphold our Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping and locating products.

Responsibilities include:

• Collecting and disposing of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusting and damp mopping floors.
• Moving equipment and products for cleaning, returning products to correct placement.
• Cleaning assigned areas with designated materials and equipment, including preparing cleaning solutions if necessary.
• Deep cleaning key areas such as bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways, and high traffic zones.
• Maintaining cleaning equipment and notifying supervisors for supply needs.
• Identifying areas needing cleaning and completing tasks proactively.
• Following all federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Maintaining positive interactions with team members and customers, serving as a role model.

Other duties may include:

• Providing a fast, friendly checkout experience and executing cash handling procedures.
• Engaging customers about Rewards programs and Credit Card enrollments.
• Supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
• Participating in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Supporting shrink and safety programs.
• Adhering to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance.

Preferred skills and experience:

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Physical requirements and work environment:

• Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform lifting, bending, reaching, and stretching.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves with equipment.
• Work in climate-controlled and outdoor environments, including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
