Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Onalaska, WI is seeking a part-time Retail Store Environment Team Member to help maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized store that supports our brand promises.

You will provide friendly customer service, assist with checkout, rewards enrollments, and Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store), while moving stock, cleaning, and ensuring safety. Hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be sixteen years or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of store look and cleanliness, with recovery duties.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and assist with rewards program enrollments.
• Assist Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety guidelines; support shrink and safety programs.
