Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms training requirements may apply.
• Attending and completing all required trainings (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by training, feedback, and coaching to ensure store objectives.
• Drive store sales and financial performance by monitoring PL statements, budgeting, and expense control.
• Supervise hourly associates, set expectations, recognize performance, and foster a culture of belonging.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and uphold Walmart values and integrity.
