Job summary

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership preferred for higher qualification tier.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, coaching, and feedback; drives store operations and customer service excellence.
• Manages financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Supervises hourly associates, hires, trains, mentors, and provides recognition; fosters a culture of belonging.
• Coordinates activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs; identifies goals and measures progress.
