Michaels is hiring for a store position at LA-SOUTH GATE, CA. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment while helping customers locate products and using cash-handling methods at checkout.

You may participate in BOPIS and Ship from Store and assist with stocking and shelf layout. The successful candidate will have retail or cleaning experience, be able to stand for long periods, and work nights, weekends or early mornings as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to meet Brand Promises.
• Dust and damp mop floors.
• Assist customers and provide friendly service at checkout.
• Perform cash handling to standards.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store).
• Assist with stocking and planogram processes.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
