Job summary

Majors Management is hiring a Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer service onsite. You will operate cash registers, restock merchandise, and keep displays tidy in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates communicate well, are friendly, and can handle multiple tasks while adhering to cash control policies and safety rules. High school diploma or GED required; retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a people-first mentality with guests and team members in mind.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks efficiently.
• Must gather customer information to improve products/services.
• Able to perform multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
• Read, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level.
• Basic math skills for transactions and pricing.
• Understand, comprehend and perform basic computer and point-of-sale tasks.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
