Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You will assist customers, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and appealing product displays in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must have a people-first mentality and provide a great guest experience.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Read, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to laws regarding sale of government-regulated products.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers/freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum performance standards.
• Follow the company’s rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
