Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as POS, cash register, and pallet jacks.
• Interpret ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong arithmetic and basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently or with others.
• Able to meet availability requirements.
• Minimum 18 years old; HS diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products according to planograms.
• Operate POS system and process purchases.
• Assist customers and provide excellent service.
