Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring a Store Associate in New York to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store in top condition. You will work with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional service.

The role is full-time with an average of 30+ hours per week and a starting wage of $20.50 per hour, with planned increases through Year 5. The position requires ability to perform duties with or without accommodation and a commitment to store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Prompt and courteous customer service required.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system to scan items and process purchases.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandising standards.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Adhere to cash policies and store procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
