Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate in Leominster, MA to help keep the store looking its best through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience, follow security and safety policies, operate the POS, and support management in achieving operational goals. This full-time role offers wage progression starting at $20.50/hour with increases over time.

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment (cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers).
• Interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Basic arithmetic
• Attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves and displays.
• Operate POS to process purchases and assist customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and inventory controls.
• Support management to achieve efficiency and loss-prevention goals.
