Job summary

ALDI South Bend is hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to help merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean. You will work with the ALDI team to provide excellent customer service and a smooth checkout experience.

The role offers an average 30+ hours per week with starting pay at $19.00 per hour and scheduled increases in subsequent years. Responsibilities include using the POS system, following cash policies, stocking shelves per planograms, and assisting with curbside pickup orders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Operate cash register and process purchases using POS.
• Keep shelves neat and maintain planograms.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and deliveries to vehicles.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support management to improve operational efficiency and loss control.
