ALDI in South Bend, IN is hiring a Full-Time Store Associate. You will merchandise and stock products, process sales at the POS, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role requires ability to lift up to 45 pounds, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule including weekends. Starting wage is $19.00 per hour, with scheduled raises over five years.

Qualificações

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers, etc.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Merchandise and stock product on shelves.
• Operate POS system to process customer purchases accurately.
• Assist with cashiering and maintain checkout lanes.
• Keep shelves neat and follow merchandising planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards and support loss-reduction goals.
