Job summary

ALDI South Bend is seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning. You will help create a clean, organized shopping environment and provide outstanding service, collaborating with the ALDI team to meet store goals.

Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with planned increases to $19.50, $20.00, and $21.00 over the coming years. The typical schedule averages 30+ hours per week, with opportunities for growth and a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old; HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment and follow policies precisely.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products and maintain shelves.
• Process customer purchases using the POS system and handle cash securely.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Keep the store clean, organized and compliant with planograms.
• Follow safety practices and support store management to meet goals.
