Reporting to the General Manager, the Retail Store Associate is responsible for completing duties as assigned according to production and workflow standards, as well as ensuring a positive customer experience in both the front and back of the store.

This job operates in a retail environment with merchandise displays and items available for purchase in inventory.

This is a non-exempt position. Hours vary based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Full-time positions are scheduled for 30-40 hours per week; part-time for 16-24 hours per week.
