Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to ensure sales goals and customer experience standards are met.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with inventory control, shrink prevention, and policy compliance.
• Supervise associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training support; maintain staffing levels.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Maintain a safe, organized store environment and uphold merchandising standards.
