Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit is seeking a Store Assistant Manager in Canton, MI to supervise and train store and production personnel, clients, trainees and volunteers while ensuring production standards and quotas are met. You will help maximize sales through stock rotation, display, signage and inventory control, and ensure safe operation of store security systems.

Full-time, non-exempt position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, extended hours and holidays.
• Experience in resale or retail preferred.
• Basic reading and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train retail store staff, clients, trainees, and volunteers.
• Ensure production standards and quotas are met.
• Maximize sales through stock rotation, signage, and inventory control.
