Qualifications

• 5 years retail sales and customer service experience including a minimum of 2 years store supervision
• 2 years of higher education or equivalent training preferred, not required
• Must practice effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Deliver and ensure compliance with PWM sales and operational policies.
• Lead by example to achieve sales and profitability through sales, service, expense control, visual presentation, and inventory management.
• Partner with store manager to develop business and marketing strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
• Provide leadership, training and development; retain strong sales teams, provide feedback and coaching, retrain and manage performance.
• Contributes to control expenses through promotions and budgeting.
