Pendleton Woolen Mills, Inc. is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager for our Manchester, VT location. You will support daily operations, lead a sales team, and partner with the store manager to grow sales and profitability.

Flexibility for holidays, nights, and weekends is required. You should have strong retail experience, supervisory skills, and excellent communication abilities to supervise staff and engage customers effectively.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of retail sales and customer service experience, including a minimum of 2 years store supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule with nights and weekends per scheduling guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Deliver and ensure compliance of all PWM sales and operational policies.
• Lead by example to achieve sales and profitability through service, and inventory management.
• Partner with store manager to develop business and marketing strategies to increase store sales.
• Provide leadership, training and development; retain strong sales teams and coach performance.
• Contributes to control expenses through pricing compliance, loss prevention, and budgets.
• Communicate store performance with Store Manager and Area Manager.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures and ensures store team is compliant.
• Other tasks as assigned.
