Job summary

The Container Store in Dallas is seeking a Retail Employee / Project Specialist to ensure customers have an amazing experience in-store or for curbside orders at our Galleria location.

You will greet customers, design and sell storage solutions, and manage checkout with a focus on rewarding programs and fast, friendly service. Flexibility and strong computer skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and comfort with POS systems.
• Able to engage with customers and communicate effectively.
• Flexible schedule and availability, 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with storage and organization solutions.
• Design and sell custom storage solutions.
• Operate register and provide a great checkout experience.
• Enroll customers in rewards program.
• Maintain store presentation according to brand standards.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and delivery coordination.
• Support stockroom organization and merchandise processing.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in store.
