Burlington Stores, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in Bellingham, WA. You will be the main leader of the Back of House area, coordinating deliveries and supervising associates while collaborating with Store Management to drive efficiency and results.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and sit/stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor)
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization meet standards
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to minimize shortages
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to guidelines
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration
• Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards
• Direct associates and workload
• Be accountable for team productivity and merchandise protection
• Coach associates in the moment and provide recognition
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings
• Support Community Relations through company programs and partnerships
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence
