Burlington Stores, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor for our Burlington Back of House/Receiving area. You will lead the team, manage deliveries, and ensure merchandise flows smoothly to the sales floor.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization.
• Reinforce asset protection and safety policies for customers and associates.
• Direct workload, coach associates, and monitor performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Plan weekly workload and participate in meetings.
