Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving area and work closely with Store Management. This role serves as a stepping-stone to broader management responsibilities within our growing organization.

You will supervise receiving deliveries, flow goods to the sales floor, and uphold safety, organization, and policy standards while driving results through strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or similar setting.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and manage a team.
• Ability to move, lift and transport merchandise up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house operations including unloading deliveries and sorting cartons.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness, organization and safety standards.
• Direct workload and supervise associates to meet productivity targets.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
• Support store management in workload planning and asset protection.
