Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in Daly City, CA, to lead the back of house receiving, unloading, and merchandise flow in coordination with store management.

You will direct associates, ensure clean and organized back rooms, reinforce safety and policy compliance, and support staffing and onboarding efforts to drive results and customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or off-price environment.
• Strong interpersonal and engaging attitude to lead teams.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and moving items to sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection and safety guidelines while driving team productivity and accuracy.
• Direct scheduling, workload planning, and onboarding new associates; participate in weekly planning meetings.
