Job summary

Burlington Stores in West Natick, MA is seeking a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead Back of House operations, coordinating receiving, unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow to the sales floor.

This full-time role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price or big-box environments, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift 40 lbs and work nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and associate discount.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, set-up and organization are at standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to eliminate shortage.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload; accountability for team productivity and merchandise protection.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
