Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Westborough seeks a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House operations and coordinate deliveries. You will supervise unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor, while upholding company standards and safety.

You will coach associates, manage workload, support recruiting and onboarding, and partner with store management to drive results. Strong leadership and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/off-price environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Able to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to move/handle/lift merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flow to sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shortage.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards.
• Direct associates and workload; manage productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach associates and provide recognition; assist in recruiting and onboarding.
