Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/off-price/big box or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, set-up and organization to standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies and safety guidelines for customers and associates.
• Direct associates and workload to meet productivity targets and merchandise protection.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates; participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
