Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back of house receiving and merchandising operations in our Westborough, MA location. You will work closely with Store Management as the main leader of the Back of House area, guiding deliveries, sorting cartons and ensuring standards.

This role is a stepping-stone to a broader store leadership path within our growing organization. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar retail setting,

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box or specialty environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise and flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shortage.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by respecting guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload; coach and recognize performance in the moment.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
