Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead for our Back of House/Receiving team. You will guide Receiving Associates, model stocking standards, and help bring merchandise displays to life in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, leadership drive, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will be empowered to coach teammates and ensure smooth operations in stock and receiving areas.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and positive attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of lifting 40 lbs or more and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Receiving/Stocking team as part of back-of-house leadership.
• Model and enforce back-of-house standards for receiving/stocking and policy compliance.
• Coach associates in the moment and recognize performance.
• Maintain a neat and orderly stock area, receiving area, and sales floor.
