Burlington Stores in Tyler, TX is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House. You’ll direct merchandise flow, supervise associates, and work with Store Management to keep operations efficient and the store well stocked.

You’ll coach and develop team members, participate in weekly workload planning, and help recruit and onboard new staff. Burlington offers competitive pay, flexible hours, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or similar environment.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and moving goods to sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, set-up, and organization.
• Enforce asset protection and safety guidelines.
• Coach associates and provide recognition; recruit and onboard new hires.
• Plan weekly workload and direct staff to meet productivity targets.
