Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking an Assistant Manager (full-time) to join a high performing retail team. You will lead, coach, and develop others while ensuring exceptional customer service and store standards.

The role offers a pay range of $26.75-$29.43 per hour, eligibility for a monthly bonus, comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and opportunities for promotion and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Recent leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service focus and store operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales duties.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Be a subject matter expert in your role and model Great Place To Work behaviors.
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly.
• Other duties as assigned.
