Job summary

Michaels in Wilmington, NC is seeking a customer-focused Team Member to assist customers, process transactions, and participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram tasks. The role supports in-store initiatives, rewards enrollment, and omnichannel processes while maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain store recovery, stock, and in-stock readiness
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact professionally with customers and team members
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
